RETURNS

Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase if the item is defective for a full refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.

 

GLERUPS SIZE RETURNS

We want you to love your Glerups. If you do need to change the size of your shoes, just return them to us within 7 days provided:

​

- They are in their original state (i.e. in a resell-able condition)

- Original labels are attached

- Receipt or exchange card is present

And we will exchange them free of freight charge.

​

If your Glerups are being exchanged due to a manufacturing fault they must be replaced with a pair of the same style, size and colour.

 

WARRANTY

Should the product be damaged on arrival except goods subject to inspection (STI), please contact PBT Couriers on 09 250 0800 or info@pbt.com and place a claim with them. We provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects, as well as a 3 year warranty on our larger goods such as indoor and outdoor furniture.
